The Siemens SIMOTICS S 1FK7 Compact 1FK7042-5AF71-1FB0 is a three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor designed for industrial motion-control applications. It has a 0.82 kW rated power at 3,000 RPM and a 2.6 Nm rated torque at 100 K. The motor provides 3.0 Nm static torque at 100 K and uses natural cooling with IP64 protection. It is designed for IM B5 (IM V1, IM V3) mounting and has a 48 mm shaft height. The motor features an absolute 2048 pulses/revolution encoder with DRIVE-CLiQ interface, a fitted-key shaft, and an integrated holding brake. Siemens lists a 5.4 kg net weight. This particular part is a spare-part/discontinued configuration, with Siemens indicating that the successor is the 1FK7 Generation 2
