The Siemens 1FE1113-6WU11-1BA0 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor designed for high-performance, high-torque spindle and machine-tool applications. It is a 6-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor with a 600 V DC-link voltage, 105 K thermal rating, IP00 protection, and water cooling. The motor provides 33 kW rated output power, 150 Nm rated torque, and 60 A rated current at a rated speed of 2100 RPM. Its maximum speed is 6500 RPM, making it suitable for demanding industrial spindle applications. The motor uses KTY temperature sensing and an overhead-encapsulated winding with standard protection for reliable thermal monitoring. It is supplied with a standard cooling jacket, without a rotor sleeve, and has 0.5 m free cable ends with a rigid connection. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required for this configuration. The motor consists of separate rotor and stator components, allowing integration into specialized spindle assemblies.
