The Siemens 1FK7032-2AF21-1QG2 is a compact permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor from the SIMOTICS S 1FK7-CT series, designed for precise and dynamic industrial motion-control applications. It provides 0.31 kW (310 W) power, a 3,000 RPM rated speed, and 1.2 Nm static torque at 100 K. The motor operates with a 300 V DC-link and uses natural cooling with IM B5 mounting and IM V1/IM V3 installation positions. It features an AS20DQI 20-bit single-turn absolute encoder with DRIVE-CLiQ interface, providing high-resolution position feedback for accurate servo control. The motor has a smooth shaft with tolerance N, a rotatable power connector, and no holding brake. Its IP65 protection rating, with IP67 protection at the drive-end flange, provides enhanced environmental protection. The motor is suitable for CNC machines, robotics, machine tools, packaging equipment, automated assembly, material handling, and industrial automation, where precise positioning, reliable feedback, dynamic response, and dependable servo performance are required.
