The Siemens SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD Servo Motor, model 1FK2104-5AF10-0MB0, is a high-dynamic permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor designed for precision industrial automation and motion-control applications. It provides a static torque of 2.40 Nm, maximum torque of 7.50 Nm, and a maximum speed of 6,700 rpm. The motor delivers 0.75 kW at 3,000 rpm for 380480 V operation and 0.375 kW at 1,500 rpm for 200240 V applications. This configuration includes an integrated holding brake, natural cooling, and IP64 protection. It features a D19 40 mm cylindrical shaft and an AM22DQC absolute encoder with 22-bit single-turn plus 12-bit multiturn resolution, providing accurate position feedback for closed-loop control. The motor uses DRIVE-CLiQ M17 connectivity and an M17 power connector. With a net weight of approximately 3.7 kg, it is suitable for machine tools, robotics, packaging machinery, material handling, precision assembly, and automated production systems requiring accurate positioning, high dynamic response, and reliable servo performance.
