The Siemens SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD Servo Motor, model 1FK2104-6AF00-0MB0, is a high-dynamic permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor designed for precision industrial automation and demanding motion-control applications. It provides a static torque of 3.20 Nm, maximum torque of 10.00 Nm, and a maximum speed of 7,200 rpm. The motor delivers 1.00 kW at 3,000 rpm for 380480 V operation and 0.50 kW at 1,500 rpm for 200240 V operation. It features natural cooling and IP64 protection. The motor has a D19 40 mm plain cylindrical shaft, an 80 mm flange, and 144 mm overall length, with a net weight of approximately 3.4 kg. The integrated AM22DQC absolute encoder provides 22-bit single-turn plus 12-bit multiturn feedback for precise closed-loop positioning. It uses a DRIVE-CLiQ M17 connector and M17 power connector. This servo motor is suitable for machine tools, robotics, packaging machinery, material handling, and automated production systems requiring high torque, precise positioning, rapid dynamic response, and reliable operation.
