The Siemens 1FE1082-6WQ11-5WD0 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor individual rotor component, designed for high-speed, high-performance spindle and machine-tool applications. It is a 6-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor rotor for a 600 V DC-link voltage and water cooling. The associated motor configuration provides 29.3 kW rated output power, 65 Nm rated torque, and a rated speed of 4,300 RPM, with a maximum speed of approximately 9,000 RPM. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required for this high-speed configuration. The rotor uses potted/encapsulated winding with KTY84-130 temperature sensing for thermal monitoring and is supplied without the stator but with a rotor sleeve.
