The Siemens 1FE1125-4WP51-5WA2 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor spare part, rotor only, designed for high-performance spindle and precision machine-tool applications. It is a 4-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor rotor designed for a 600 V DC-link voltage, 105 K thermal rating, IP00 protection, and water cooling. The associated motor configuration provides 65 kW rated output power, 250 Nm rated torque, and 147 A rated current at a rated speed of 2500 RPM. Its maximum permissible speed is 12,500 RPM, making it suitable for demanding high-speed spindle applications. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required. The rotor uses winding-head encapsulation with universal protection, including two temperature sensors, NTC PT3-51F, and NTC K227. It is supplied without a rotor sleeve and is intended to be integrated with the corresponding stator and cooling arrangement rather than operated as a standalone motor.
