The Siemens 1FE1115-6WT51-5WC1 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor spare part, rotor only, designed for high-performance spindle and machine-tool applications. It is a 6-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor rotor for a 600 V DC-link, with water cooling, 105 K thermal rating, and IP00 protection as an individual component. The associated motor rating is 41.6 kW rated output power, 265 Nm rated torque, and 85 A rated current at a rated speed of 1500 RPM. The maximum permissible speed is 6500 RPM, while the maximum torque is approximately 415 Nm. The rotor uses overhead encapsulation with universal protection, including two temperature sensors, NTC PT3-51F, and NTC K227 for thermal monitoring.
