The Siemens 1FE1092-6WR11-5WB2 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor spare part, rotor only, designed for high-speed precision spindle and machine-tool applications. It is a 6-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor rotor designed for a 600 V DC-link voltage, water cooling, and IP00 protection as an individual component. The associated motor configuration provides 22 kW rated output power, 66 Nm rated torque, and 41 A rated current at a rated speed of 3200 RPM. Its maximum permissible speed is 7000 RPM. The rotor uses overhead encapsulation with standard protection and incorporates two temperature sensors for thermal monitoring. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required for this configuration. The rotor is supplied with a 67 mm inner-diameter rotor sleeve and is intended to be integrated with the corresponding stator and cooling arrangement rather than operated as a standalone motor.
