Siemens SIMOTICS M 1FE1 Built-In Synchronous Motor About
The Siemens 1FE1147-8WS31-8BW3 is a SIMOTICS M built-in synchronous motor spare part, stator only, designed for high-torque, high-performance spindle and precision machine-tool applications. It is an 8-pole stator designed for a 600 V DC-link voltage, 105 K thermal rating, IP00 protection, and water cooling. The configuration provides 64.4 kW rated output power, 820 Nm rated torque, and 130 A rated current at a rated speed of 750 RPM. Its maximum permissible speed is 3,500 RPM, and a Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required. The stator uses water-cooled overhead encapsulation with full protection and incorporates two Pt1000 temperature sensors for reliable thermal monitoring. It is supplied with a standard cooling jacket and 0.5 m bare cable ends at the small outer diameter. The Siemens Industry Mall lists the net weight as approximately 124 kg. As a stator-only spare part, it must be integrated with the corresponding rotor and cooling system to form a complete built-in synchronous motor. It is suitable for heavy-duty CNC spindles, machine tools, precision machining, and industrial applications requiring very high torque and reliable thermal management.
