The Siemens 1FE1144-8WL31-8BW0 is a SIMOTICS M built-in synchronous motor spare part, stator only, designed for high-performance spindle and precision machine-tool applications. It is an 8-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor stator designed for a 600 V DC-link voltage, 105 K thermal rating, IP00 protection, and water cooling. The configuration provides 63 kW rated output power, 430 Nm rated torque, and 133 A rated current at a rated speed of 1,400 RPM. Its maximum permissible speed is 6,500 RPM, making it suitable for demanding high-torque spindle applications. The stator uses overhead encapsulation with full protection and incorporates two Pt1000 temperature sensors for reliable thermal monitoring.
