The Siemens 1FE1106-4WY11-1BA2 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 four-pole built-in synchronous motor designed for high-torque, high-precision spindle and machine-tool applications. It is a permanent-magnet synchronous motor with a 600 V DC-link voltage, water cooling, and IP00 protection as an integrated motor component. The motor provides 25 kW rated output power, 200 Nm rated torque, and 60 A rated current at a rated speed of 1,200 RPM. Its maximum permissible speed is 6,000 RPM, with a maximum current of 120 A. The motor has a rotor inertia of approximately 0.03147 kgm and a thermal time constant of approximately 3 minutes. It uses overhead-encapsulated winding with standard KTY thermal protection, a standard cooling jacket, and is supplied without a rotor sleeve. The configuration includes 0.5 m free cable ends. The stator with cooling jacket weighs approximately 51 kg, while the rotor weighs approximately 10.5 kg. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required. It is suitable for heavy-duty CNC spindles, machine tools, precision machining, and industrial applications requiring high torque at relatively low rated speed.
