The Siemens 1FE1094-4WD31-6NN0-Z T15+V80 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor designed for high-speed, high-precision spindle and machine-tool applications. It is a 4-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor with a 600 V DC-link voltage, water cooling, and IP00 protection as an integrated motor component. The motor provides 37.5 kW rated output power, 89.5 Nm rated torque, and 108 A rated current at a rated speed of 4000 RPM. Its maximum permissible speed is 18,000 RPM, making it suitable for demanding high-speed spindle applications. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required. The motor uses full winding protection with Pt1000 temperature sensing and PTCs and incorporates individual stator and rotor components. The T15 special option specifies the corresponding special rotor configuration, while V80 identifies the special cooling-jacket configuration. This motor is suitable for CNC machine tools, high-speed spindles, precision machining, and industrial automation where high power density, accurate speed control, and effective thermal management are required.
