The Siemens 1FE1096-4WN31-6BN0-Z T34 is a SIMOTICS M 1FE1 built-in synchronous motor, supplied as an individual stator-and-rotor assembly for high-speed spindle and precision machine-tool applications. It is a 4-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motor designed for a 600 V DC-link, with water cooling and IP00 protection as an integrated motor component. The motor provides 52 kW rated output power, 150 Nm rated torque, and 120 A rated current at a rated speed of 3300 RPM. It can reach a maximum speed of 16,000 RPM and a maximum torque of 240 Nm. A Voltage Protection Module (VPM) is required for operation above the permissible inverter speed. The motor uses Pt1000 temperature sensing with two temperature sensors and PTC protection, along with overhead-encapsulated winding and full protection. It is supplied with 1.5 m free cable ends. The special T34 configuration includes a 67 mm IDM special sleeve. This customer-specific SMR-105-2017 configuration is suitable for demanding CNC spindle, precision machining, and high-speed industrial applications.
