Building upon the smaller ST30 and ST40 models, this premium DC/DC/DC controller offers an expanded 60 KB program and data memory footprint to manage demanding automation algorithms with rapid execution speeds.The hardware maximizes panel efficiency by integrating a massive array of 36 digital inputs (24 V DC) and 24 digital transistor outputs (24 V DC) onto a single unit. Operating on a standard 24 V DC supply, its solid-state transistor outputs are ideal for high-frequency pulse trains to drive multi-axis motion control. Outfitted with onboard Ethernet and RS485 interfaces, it seamlessly handles PROFINET, Modbus-TCP, and peer-to-peer networking. Programmed using STEP 7 Micro/WIN SMART, it provides an exceptionally scalable and economical automation platform.
