The Schneider Electric HMIST6500 is a highly efficient 10.1-inch widescreen industrial HMI touch panel precision-engineered for cost-effective operator control and extensive machine-level visualization. Part of the modern Harmony ST6 series (formerly Magelis ST6), this mid-sized interface features a premium TFT color LCD widescreen display outputting a clear 1024 x 600 pixel resolution with up to 16 million colors illuminated by a 50,000-hour white LED backlight with 16 software-adjustable brightness levels. It is built with an elegant aluminum alloy front panel integrated with a multi-color LED operating mode status indicator, providing a durable, analog-resistive single-touch screen interface optimized for displaying high-fidelity synoptic views on busy production floors. Under the hood, the terminal is driven by an efficient 800 MHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor paired with 1 GB of device memory, 128 MB of dedicated user data storage, and 512 KB of critical nonvolatile backup memory.
